Tony Callipari and his family have been farming a 25 acre property in Kemps Creek since 1978. Initially they grew field grown tomatoes, beans and zucchini. They excelled in this and through customer demand for various products, they built 12 glass houses, added 4 more in 1999 with another 6 to follow in 2003.
His main focus is hydroponic tomatoes, lebanese cucumbers, eggplants, zuccini and now grow a wide variety of other seasonal vegetables.
Tony was one of the initial stall holders from the start of the market and was happy to put up his money to keep the market running when NSW Farmers Association pulled out.
