Cedar Creek Orchard

About Us

We have been growing fruit since the 1940’s and we are the third generation in our family to grow fruit and produce apple juice. I always wanted to follow in my Dad’s footsteps and so I did. My parents, Ron & Laurel and my wife Lynette and I are partners in the business and now my eldest son Damian, the fourth generation of the family, is also working on the farm.

In 2002 I was the winner of the Western Sydney Industry Agribusiness Award. My fruit is picked on Thursday or Friday, ready to sell at the markets on Saturday, so it is fresh and has not been cool stored for long periods of time. We are proud to say we started at the market the day the market first opened.

The market provides me with another outlet for my products, and gives me a good source of customer feedback… both good and bad. Besides most of the time the customers are better to talk to than my trees!

The Market will re-open 2nd October.

We will be working over the next few weeks to put in place all necessary processes to ensure that going forward the market can continue to operate without closure.

As you all know the case numbers are escalating still and lockdowns are restricting every part of our lives at this stage until Mid-September. This impacts not only you, our customer base but the stallholders as well and we don't want to have to stop again, that is why we are not rushing back.

We ask you to be patient as we work to secure the future of the market.
