Toad’s Kitchen Cupboard
We are a husband and wife operation. I (Dean) have a background and passion for food. I love experimenting with new cooking techniques and discovered the flavours of hot smoking. Cold smoking is the more common practice but many people comment on how much tastier and more succulent our chicken and fish products are using the hot smoke method.
We started at the market in 2011. All our product is sold through markets and Warwick Farm provides us with a vibrant outlet to meet and educate people face to face.
